Delivery and Installation
Following production by one of our select UK manufacturing teams, your order will undergo rigorous quality assurance testing.
It is during this time that a member of our friendly and committed Customer Care team will contact you to arrange a mutually agreeable day and time to deliver, install and demonstrate your new product/s.
White glove delivery
Our Field Service Engineering teams provide a courteous and personal service starting with a call made ahead of delivery to give you an accurate time of arrival.
After a pleasant introduction, our engineers will ask which room your product is to be installed, followed by an assessment of the route to avoid any damages to your home and contents. Should you have an agreed part exchange, it will first be removed to create space for your new mobility chair or adjustable bed.
Your brand new, made to measure furniture will be carried in to place before being neatly unpackaged, competently assembled and – once you are comfortably seated – thoroughly demonstrated to your satisfaction.
Our engineers will never leave you with an item you are uncomfortable in or unhappy with.
Grosvenor Mobility understand how important our products can be for our customers’ quality of life.
Therefore, under certain circumstances, our Demonstrators are authorised to recommend that your order be fast-tracked – reducing the estimated completion time to between 1-3 weeks.
